Laser gratings are used for selected frequency, pulse compression and sampling in laser systems. We can also rule high energy laser gratings on a metal substrate. The maximum dimensions for these gratings are 300×300mm2. A three dimensional configuration of a laser grating by AFM is shown in figureXXX.
Note: These grating must be ordered in advance. Groove density, wavelength and ruled area can be selected. We can also manufacture concave metal gratings with a large curvature radius. Several examples of grating specifications are listed in the following table.
