Why can’t register an account?
Problems registering accounts are normally caused by your user name. A user name should not have any capital letters and should only have letters and numbers. For example John_Smith will not work and johnsmith will work.
Nothing happens when I click on the submit button, what can I do?
This happens when the Javascript on your PC is out of date or has been turned off.
To update your javascript, can go to www.java.com, upload the Java update, close and reopen your browser and order again.
If the Javascript on your PC has been turned off, go to the authentication box on the right hand side of the website and click on the link “If Javascript is disabled in your browser click here” and order again.
What payment method can I use apart from Credit cards?
We can also accept payment by verified Paypal accounts(outside USA), Bank Transfer and Western Union Money Transfer.
If you would like to pay with Paypal, bank transfer or Western Union, make your order online and check out until you reach a credit card information page. This will give you an order number like #7809. Email your order number and the payment method you would like to use to sales@dragonlasers.com

My payment was unsuccessful, what can I do?
Our website may not be able to accept your card because we can only accept Mastercard, Visa card, Visa Debit card and AMEX. If you used a different card, please make a new order using one of these cards.
If you are unsuccessful with one of the cards we accept, the problem could be your bank/credit card company is automatically blocking your payment because our bank is in Asia. This often happens and a quick phone call to your bank/credit card company asking them to remove the block will fix this problem and you can make a new order.
I need to enter personal information to verify my credit card, is this safe?
Yes, this is very safe. The website where you enter your personal information belongs to your bank or credit card company and they are the only people who will see your information. No one at Dragonlasers or any other website will see or have access to your personal information.

Second you choose the items you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart
Third you check out and submit your order. You will be taken to a secure credit card information page where you safely enter your credit card details and finish your order.
We will then ship your order to you in 1 to 3 business days.
