I am an undergraduate Physics student and I work in a cutting edge research lab at my university.  Lasers have always been a big fascination with me and when I decided to finally get one I carefully combed the internet looking at prices and more importantly the best quality. I found Dragonlaser early in my search and kept coming back to it every time I looked. After finding the Spartan series laser I was sold, the form factor is exactly what I was looking for.

It took only less than 2 weeks for my laser to get to my door. I already had the batteries charged to capacity and ready to go. I put them in and turned the laser on to be mystified by the eerie green glow that filled my room. I also bought the beam expander and in my professional opinion the glass quality used for the lenses and in the laser is top quality. Just to be sure of its abilities I put it through a few sensors to determine its power output. It was advertised at 100 mW and what I had test over a 5 minute period averages to 115 mW with a peak output of 129 mW. The beam goes for miles in fact I have had it lasing object at 12 miles. The beam is brilliant and even slightly visible in the bright summer midday light. If you are considering buying this laser you won’t be disappointed.

It can burn through plastic bags in less than a second.
Pops a Purple baloon in 2 seconds.a red at 3-4 seconds,and a orange at 5 seconds.
Stings bare skin
It can burn faim in 1 second and hard plastic in 2-5 seconds.
Beam is like a neon light at night.
The beam is partialy visible in the day time.
The dot reaches over 100 feet in daytime.
I would advise to wear saftey googles or not stare at the dot.
Suprisingly, it does not suck the battery that much.
Great for astronomy.A little to powerful for presentations.

DragonLasers have provided me with a great laser that works with a powerful rechargeable battery that I purchased from UltraFire. The 150mW GREEN Laser that I received was package extremely well and although I was a little disappointed at the start to see that I needed a CR2 battery, I rushed to purchase a pair of rechargeable ones. The laser worked great with the goggles that I pruchased. The laser was a bright white dot that was pleasing to the eye and wasn't shattering to my eyesight. However, the laser was so powerful that it burnt my mouse and i decided to inscribe L and R for both buttons. It proved to be extremely good! I came back to purchase from Dragon Lasers for three reasons: First, I'm a returning customer who purchased a green & a blue laser almost 2 years ago. Eventhough there was nothing wrong with it I decided to sell it to a friend who was really interested. This was my chance to move up to a more powerful 95mW in the same Viper series. I still have & love my Spartan blue laser!
Second reason is I tried another site (Kai domain) which seemed like a value at the time of purchase, but once I received the product I was disappointed with the packaging, the scratches & the performance of the lasers. My feedback will be a little  towards the negative side because the 20mw blue laser was not appreciably brighter than the 5mw blue laser of the same make (or very similar make) I purchased before. This may be due to the very focused beam of the blue laser but as a pointer, 5mw serves just as well as the 20mw laser. It is probably more economical.

I recently purchased the orange 3mW laser pointer from Dragon Lasers. I’ve used red and then green lasers in the past but even the green ones are too common these days so I wanted something different. As a presenter at international conferences I have already had two chances to use my new laser and it performed flawlessly both times. I’ve had a lot of lasers and this one is of good quality. If I could make improvements it would be to make the switch a little easier to push and to upgrade the case to look a little more flashy to better suit this special laser product.

P.S. Shipping took a really long time but I won’t mention that in the review.

This was my very first purchase from this company. I was very skeptical at first because the company was located far away from where I live and the fact that it took a month to get to me. But it was my fault because I didn’t pay extra for shipping. Nevertheless, the product works great alongside the red safety glasses. Looks great when using it for daytime outdoor presentations to point out locations that are really far away. Just make sure your safety glasses are on when using it at night or applying it at close distances. Having a green laser makes me look like an executive officer.

Viper 125mW & LSG02 – Robert S – Austria

I realy enjoy the power of my new Viper 125 and i already burned a couple of black things (Basecap, leather, tape, plastic,...). It also make holes in my old, 1mm/0.034inch thick tv remote-control case.

The beam is visible at low light and very bright in the dark (you feel like a Jedi).

Its impossible to see the beam with the safety glasses (just a small red point, like a normal laser pointer) but i din't wanna get blind, so i don't use the laser without them.

 

Im very satisfied with Dragonlasers (fast and friendy support) and i would order something at any time again.

December 22nd when I had placed my order for my 35MW green viper laser, I had received it on the 3rd or January. To most this would seem a long wait but me living so far away, and with Christmas and New years in the middle of it I loved how fast it had gotten to me. The same night I had taken it outside and it is perfect you can follow the beam of light all the way to the sky just as I had expected from what I ordered. overall satisfaction 110%. The laser safety glasses for green laser: very effective blocking of this laser radiation, plus well made and comfortable to wear. Glass diffraction gratings: these are great fun to use. I'd just reccommend to protect them so they are held in some sort of casing to avoid being scratched. Good service from Dragon lasers and no problems sending things to UK.

I choosed LSG-08, because it cover blue and red spectrum and offer better attenuation factor for booth red and also for blue. In the past I used 2 pair googles (LSG-02 and LSG-03) to cover entire red and blue spectrum. Now I am using only one pair for better protection (attenuation factor for red and blue is over 10.000 instead 3200 as it have LSG-02 and LSG-03 models).

Using 405nm/150mw laser diodes, on focus, laser is very bright and you can't look at the dot and distinguish when you are on focus. Using this googles, I was able to focus it at very shorter distance (less than 30cm and also on 5m away), so the dot remain visible and you can look into it very easy and
LSG-08 cut off entire laser beam.

Using 658nm/200mw laser diodes, on focus attenuation is very stronger, stronger than on ultraviolet/blue lasers. Beam is completeley cut off and the dot, on focus is much much more attenuated. At 30cm become very small and weak and at 3m the dot is almost invisible (you can see it if is a dark room). This is normal, because on red we have bigger attenuation factor
(100.000) than on ultraviolet/blue (10.000).

I have no doubt that this google are up to spec.

I got myself a Viper series 75mW pointer and the reflection beam fan diffraction grating, and have been a happy laserist ever since. The shipment was as fast as all the previous testimonials suggested. With full batteries it's even able to light matches within a few seconds if I'm able to hold it perfectly still, and it sure stings bare skin. I almost regret not ordering the laser glasses, because the laser dot is easily bright enough to create a small "sunburn" in the eyes after a few seconds even if not staring directly at the dot. My friends definitely realize its potential dangers and handle it with respect. The laser is especially astounding at night when the beam itself is clearly visible. I've been amusing myself and my friends with it for countless times. The switch button is however a bit prone to get stuck on. It's relatively easy to dig it back up but it's probably wise to be careful from the start with the button and not press it too hard. Otherwise the unit is top notch quality-wise and well worth its money. Using it with the diffraction grating in a foggy environment looks thrilling!

it has a lot of burning power, it can pop a purple balloon in 2 seconds at 4m and when i used a lens, i popped a black balloon at 80m in 1,5 seconds. as for the beam WOW, the beam itself is almost a bright as the beam point/dot on my old 5mw green, also the customer service was great I was amazed at how much pride is taken to please customers. i would also like to thank frank, you answer all i questions very fast,

The diffraction grating was amazing and worked perfectly, I didn't lose much beam quality and it amazed me and my friends. I bought a pair of laser safety glasses to use with a red laser, based on the diode of a DVD burner. They are really effective at blocking that wavelength: in fact, the first time I used them I could not even see any spot where I was aiming the laser! Later I realized that I was not supposed to look for a big bright spot, but for a small, very dim red point (or, when the laser is focussed, for a tiny, bright white/green point), which is all that remains of the diffused light when most of it is blocked by the glasses. I always wear those safety glasses when I use that laser, and so far I am really satisfied.

It looks so intimidating when you shine it near people with those miniscule red keychain lasers, which I have done! The thing is like a light saber. Not to mention the diffraction gratings really make a good show, and are well worth the price. The goggles are also a good choice, the laser dot is like a small fly on the wall, you can barely see it 10 feet away with the goggles on.

Overall I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and I’ll definitely be ordering from your company again!

Spartan 100mW – Michael B – USA – Feb 2010

I recently purchased the Spartan Series 100mW Green Handheld Laser. The power and effect of the laser is quite remarkable. I was expecting a modest enhancement from the 20mw laser i was using previously, and i was stunned by the difference. The beam, visible even in HPS lighted warehouse conditions, is tight and precise. At night the thing is a veritable light saber.? My intended purpose for the device was as a target designator / LTL engagement tool for my Fabrique Nationale F2000 rifle.

I was prepared to perform high levels of customization to integrate it to the device, however, upon inspection after receiving it, i found it to be a *perfect match* to the factory knockouts provided in the fore grip. Although a remote activation switch is not available from Dragon Lasers, i was able to have one manufactured at a local machine shop. From this i did a basic electrical connection to a momentary on / off 2 amp rated pushbutton mounted on the left side of the fore grip, in the recessed channel.

In practice, i have to admit it spends more time off the gun than on.

I could not be happier with my purchase. The quality of the device is top notch and as a burner, it excels. Dark shade balloons, electrical tape and trash bags, are sliced by the beam. Matches ignite within about 5 seconds.

The construction is rigid, solid and durable. The aircraft grade aluminum is thick and weighty; the threading is deep and robust. The section of the tube housing the electronics and diode is heavily reinforced and there is a precise tolerance level, with no play in the instrument at all.

The only negative, and it's really more of an oversight, is the lack of inclusion of batteries or, more surprisingly, a charging unit with the device. Plan your purchase accordingly and order these devices separately.

The shipping takes about 2-3 weeks from China, most of this time is spent sitting in US customs however, and the shipment by the company out to me was completed in 3 days, from my perspective.

All in all it is an excellent laser, with precise tolerances, and the workmanship is of the highest caliber.

I would definitely recommend this device to anyone in the market, and will most certainly be a repeat customer myself.

Viper 95mW – Larry G – USA – Feb 2010

I recently just purchased a Viper Series 95mW? 532 nm green laser after A LOT of research about them and found that Dragon Lasers seemed to have the highest quality lasers and best customer service. All my questions and concerns were answered very promptly. When I received my Viper 95mW I was completely blown away at the power output, brightness, and clarity of the emerald green colored laser beam which could easily be seen in indoor lighting. At night however, is where these lasers truly shine and it literally looks like a green lightsaber that extends out towards the stars. Truly an amazing sight to witness in person, and the videos I have seen online do absolutely NO justice to the quality of these green laser beams in any lighting. Everyone I have shown immediately says that it's the "coolest gadget they've ever seen".

This laser was truly impressive for burning ability and range: it could do everything Dragon Lasers claimed to do and MORE. It turns out that the particular Viper 95mW I received was SERIOUSLY over powered! And not only could it easily light matches from feet away, pop balloons, burn electrical tape, and sting and burn skin..ouch, but it could also easily light my CIGARETTES which is unheard of for a "95mW" laser. I was actually CONCERNED that my laser was so powerful and that the beam and dot were so bright and contacted Dragon Lasers and Frank at Dragon Lasers (who has offered terrific customer service) assured me that my Viper was fine and that it appears the power output of my laser must be at least 125mW and many of their lasers are over powered because the crystals and lens are more efficient than normal! The range on my laser appears to be up to 5 km as I've easily been able to hit targets between 3-5 km away and visibly see the green laser DOT on the target with the naked eye. I will only purchase from Dragon Lasers from now on as the quality of their lasers and customer service are unparalleled, and my next laser is looking to be the Aurora Series---532nm green---150mW :)

When I am showing off the strength of my laser by sending it through the diffraction grates and shooting out hundreds of beams of light, it is too easy to accidently reflect some in my own eye, so it is critical to have the goggles. The only pitfall is that they work so well at sheilding the laser beam, it is hard for me to see the effect of the diffraction. Luckily, the people I am showing it too are oohing and ahhing so i know i am hitting the grate properly. The googles are also critical when shooting a beam at like a match head. Even though a match head is not too reflective, the beam is so strong you need to wear googles while shooting the tip. Also, thank you Frank for directing me to those articles about eye exposure to lasers. I always emphasis eye safety when showing off my lasers to kids. The articles were very informative.

 

Author: Mark E - UK – June 2009 The dragon lasers beam expander is a great add-on for your laser should you wish to control how big or small the laser dot is at distance or how wide you want your lasers beam width to be. I have used the beam expander on both my Spartan BP30 pointer and Spartan GW250 pointer, both to great effect. The beam expander screws onto the end of the Spartan laser like a silencer onto a gun and after doing so doesn't spoil the look of the laser what so ever! With a Spartan BP30 laser, the beam expander and a little light smoke in the room you have the next best thing to a real blue light sabre. Using the beam expander on a Spartan laser couldn't be more simpler, simply remove the Spartan's top cap. Screw in the Spartan beam expander adapter ring. Remove the dust cover caps from the beam expander and screw the small end of the beam expander onto the adapter. The beam expander is not only functional and aesthetically pleasing to look at, it is durable too. Mine survived a fall out of a second storey window (don't ask!) and still worked perfectly fine afterwards. I thoroughly recommend the beam expander as a reliable tool to control your laser's divergence.

I managed to pop a balloon from 30 feet away which i was very pleased with but it did require a high degree of concentration to hold the laser steady, and this is my only critizm. the expander is quite heavy and large and once fastened to my viper made it a bit nose heavy, and as the viper only has a pressure switch, not an (on off) switch, makes it very difficult to be held still. I do think it would work a lot better with lasers that have a proper 'on, off' switch as the laser then could be placed somewhere while switched on and you would know that the beam would be absolute rock steady! Other than that, it still is a fantastic piece of kit and i do highly recommend it to anyone who wants to increase the burning ability or adjust the beam divergence on their laser.

I have a few issues though, my viper series laser didn't line up perfectly with the expander so the beam is offset from the center. Also the rotation of the focusing mechanism feels low quality, some better CNC machining would help that. Some way of marking where the focus equals infinity (or close to there) would be nice. Also in the future maybe you could start making larger, higher power expanders. Overall, compared to the average prices for laser expanders this was an excellent buy an I am very happy with it

The Viper 55mW laser pointer arrived at my house quickly when you consider location. I had many questions about legal issues with the laser beforehand, and the Dragonlasers staff answered them quickly. Once it arrived, I was amazed at it's power output. It preformed above specifications. It burns holes in plastic, pops dark balloons, and when used with a magnifying glass, it can light matches. However, lighting matches takes time as it seems that the laser can only light the matches when it hits a very small spot on the matches, which is difficult to find. But this is supposed to only be possible for the 95mW and above so it's still very impressive. The only negative I have found is that the laser often gets stuck and you can't turn it off. I just have to fiddle with the top part and eventually I can fix it. This is an amazing little device. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a laser. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10.

I do have to say I did try and use my laser's for business presentations and was asked not too because of there power. Saemtliche Youtube-Videos von Dragon-Lasern geben naturgemaes nur einen schlechten Eindruck von der Leistungsfaehigkeit dieses Lasers. Man tendiert daher, die Leistung anfaenglich drastisch zu unterschaetzen. In Natur ist der Strahl auch bei Tageslicht sehr deutlich zu sehen. In der Nacht und im Freien kann man seinen sehr hellen Strahl ueber Kilometer sehen. Eine Leistung, die fast erschreckend ist. Ich empfehle jedem wirklich dringend (!) zumindest in geschlossenen Rauemen die spezielle Laserschutzbrille zu verwenden. Der Laser hat einen enormen Output und ich wage gar nicht darueber zu spekulieren was passiert, wenn man mal in den Laser schauen sollte oder auch nur die Reflektion einer hellen Wand (!!!) oder gar eines Spiegels auf seine Netzhaut bekommen sollte. Es ist wirklich hoechste Vorsicht geboten um sich und andere nicht zu gefaehrden! Und um es ganz deutlich daher zu sagen: Diese Laser sind kein Spielzeug und wer sie dazu benutzt, andere zu aergern/anzustrahlen handelt kriminell. Ich kann nur nochmals sagen, dass die Leistung enorm ist. Besonders dunkle Gegenstaende wie Kunststoffe fangen wirklich unmittelar an zu schmoren. Durch duennere Kunstsstoffe hat man in null, nix Loecher gebrannt. Also: Wer vor dem recht hohen Preis nicht zurueckschreckt erhaelt hier ein echtes Qualitaetsprodukt, aber auch einen gefaehrlichen Gegenstand, der einen sehr verantwortungsvollen und vorausschauenden Umgang dringend erfordert!

ich habe es innerhalb einer woche bekommen, was fõ meinen standort sehr schnell ist.
natõlich habe ich sofort die Batterien eingelegt und getestet.
ich war positiv Úerrascht, der laser strahl ist bei zimmer belichtung gut zu sehen, lediglich bei heller sonneneinstrahlung sieht man ihn nicht mehr vollstØdig.
der laser punkt ist viel heller als ich dachte und wirft ein gleissendes und beeindruckendes licht.
die qualitÞ ist auch sehr gut und es waren keine schramen bzw dellen im produkt beinhaltet.
das produkt selbst war, zugegeben ein wenig ópisch verpackt aber damit kann man leben. der laser sieht schick aus und ist edel verarbeitet.
ich habe nun, 1 monat nach der bestellung immer noch sehr viel spass daran und verbläfe meine freunde und mich selbst immer wieder damit.

Having read your "Comparison Chart For Burning and Power" I have had great expectations about the power of the beam. I was somewhat disappointed, that the beam is invisible in daylight. Not to be seen neither outdoors nor indoors even in dull weather. The beam begins to be visible against a background wich is dark gray to black if I reduce the incident light to 50 lx (4,6 foot candle). Above only dust-particles are sparkling. The power consumption is 1,75 W (current 0,62A). Assumed an efficiency of 7% the declared power of 125 mW should be reached. Do you measure the output individually? Do you have readings of myspecimen #1156? Matches with black heads are inflamed within 2 sec at a distance of more than 30 cm. So I think the power is ok, but the description of visibility should be stated more precisely. There should be a warning not to fire matches directly in front of the laser. The smoke deposits onto the lens and afterwards the stray-light produces a wide speckle pattern around the laser dot. I had to clean the lens thereafter. My main application is to annoy and drive away carrion crows. They occupy roofs and trees in cohorts croak beastly and drive away the songbirds. The laser works superb in that job. Now after few days we could enjoy a crow free zone and the songbirds are returning. Thank you for that fantastic working and well build tool.

The Hulk laser from Dragonlasers is truely a remarkable device. I've never seen a laser "pointer" with such a powerful beam that is amazingly bright and focused. The beam is incredibly bright, it is visible even in a semi lit room during the day. At night, the dot is visible on radio towers almost 1/2 mile away, and is great for stargazing. If I had only known about you five years ago. You would have saved me $1300.00 dollars.

I have been using lasers to control over 50,000 winter roosting starlings for five years now. The laser I have been using is a 50mw red laser with a diffuser lens to make the spot bigger. Only one problem, starlings are not night flyers. I needed a laser that could scare the birds in daylight. I now can chase them up 30 minutes earlier.

Ten minutes after sun set they push one last time. The Hulk laser has such a bright beam, I can literally lasso 500 or more birds and herd them away from target. This too cool.

Your customer service was GREAT! The quality build of laser is better than the price by far.

I may be getting another one so I can use both hands to work flock from two directions. It's time for me to expand my bird services to geese and sea gulls.

before i purchased a green laser point from dragonlasers, i got scammed over â100 on shoddy green laser pointers from ebay, when i saw a youtube vid from "dragonlasers" showing what they can do, and that they are much safer than others. seeing this i was alittle wary, but decided to go for it.

Dragon lasers helped me in every way, when i was worried about my account, payment and the item in general.

Anyway i purchased a dragonlaser viper 95mW as that was the only one i could afford atm. It took only 4 days to be delivered after dispatch! (to the UK, and also the tracking was very good).

Measured output was 40mW, input 540mA. Laser is great at pointing at stars, in ligth the beam doesn't visible, but the dot is very strong. I'm afraid of damaging my eyes. I managed to light match, but it took rather long time. I think that divergence is a bit bigger than 1.5 mrad, but i took border, not 1 sigma at gaussian beam. Thank you for great product!

It was a great hit, and many people said it was the best art project there. I'm not sure if my photos/videos have turned out, but I'll send them if so. My only problem was that when purchasing the pointers, I had no idea that they could not be run continuously, so the pointers tended to dim after a while, and may have even been damaged by running for so long at once. Your technical staff was helpful in explaining to me how they worked, but it would have been helpful to know that constraint in advance. But overall I'm happy with your product and quick response, and had a great time creating something very special.

The service and contact by email is so excellent that exclude all possibility of doubt. My laser being delivered to my adress in Germany from 23. Nov up to 26 Nov.! The green laser produces a clearly visible beam in daylight and you can see the laser dot hundered metres away also in daylight. I can light matches and pop balloons with it easily. It's hard to believe how powerfull a laser can be. For the German Laser Fans: Ich habe mir den Viper 95mW bestellt und bin erstaunt. Dragonlasers ist wirklich ein professionelles Team welches auf alle Fragen schnell und klar antwortet. Der Laser wurde am Freitag den 23 Nov. eingereicht und kam bei mir zu Hause am 26. Nov. an! Die Sendung konnte man super online verfolgen! Den Laserstrahl erkennt man klar und deutlich und den Laserpunkt kann man auch noch im Tageslicht in hunderten von Metern gut erkennen. In der Dunkelheit ist es einfach unbeschreiblich wie stark der Laser ist. Ich habe mir rote Streichhzer gekauft und Wasserballons. Die Streichhzer entzñdet er auch in einer entfernung von 20cm super schnell und die Ballons platzen in Sekunden. Ich hÞte nie gedacht, dass ein so kleiner Laser so stark sein kann.

I was somewhat uncomfortable making a purchase from a company in China and I've heard some horror stories spread on the web about customs confiscations. Nevertheless, my laser arrived on my doorstep less than a week after the order. It is still a mystery what carrier actually delivered it. The laser performance has met or exceeded my expectations. The 125mW green laser burns and produces a clearly visible beam in ordinary lighting. I use rechargeable AAA batteries and I'm still on the first charge after lots of playing with the laser - battery life is truly excellent. I would consider ordering from Dragon Lasers again if I have the need for another laser.

Very fast, indeed! This being my first time purchasing such a device, I spent a lot of time researching my options. After countless hours reading reviews on every message board I could find it was clear to me that if I was going to invest in a laser I was going to do it right and get everything I want out of it on the first purchase. I've seen many lasers from other companies and it is truly amazing how diverse the output can be between them all. The Viper 125mw is amazing. The beam is very, very tight yet intensely visible in even slightly dim conditions. This laser will instantly smoke almost any darker colored material, pops balloons, cuts tape, lights matches, ect.ect. Everything you've seen or heard it can do, it will. The build quality it top notch. I use energizer 900ma rechargeable cells in mine and it performs perfectly! I couldn't be happier with my choice. The sales support at Dragon Lasers has been superb! The original unit I received rapidly developed a problem. The online support people on the Dragon Lasers website helped me try and debug the problem and when it was understood to be a defective unit, they were happy to accept my RMA and quickly delivered a new unit to me. Author: Victoria T - Israel - Aug 2007 The laser is EXTREMELY POWERFUL! All my friends were so amazed!! I bought a 125mW and it could pop balloons in a second! even not only black ones! It lit matches very fast! The beam was even clear in room light at day! At night it was strictly amazing! The beam was visible to my friends 200 meters away from another hill! I held it and it was like a light saber! The dot was at least 20KM away, with binoculars. Now just try to imagine what it would look like with the HIGH mW version!

I told them about this site. There were some at work that said how strong their laser was until I showed them mine. this is by far the best I have ever seen or had. One warning I would offer when chatting to people in English is try not to come across as patronising when offering sympathy. When I reordered the dragon laser it arrived very promptly to my surprise. So well done on that. I PLACED MY ORDER AND THE LASER ARIVED IN 6 DAYS FROM CHINA CANT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT. IT WAS VERY GOOD QUALITY AND THE POWER OF THIS LASER WAS A TRUE 125MW BEAST ITS SO BRIGHT,POWERFUL AND THE BEAM IS SO STRONG. I CAN LIGHT MATCHES AT 3 FEET AWAY POP DARK COLOURED BOLOONS AT 10 FEET OR MORE AWAYS MELT BIN BAGS AND MAKE LEATHER SMOKE IT REALY GOOD FUN WELL WORTH THE MONEY. Unfortunately my husband returned the laser he had previously purchased which was the Hulk series laser 200-300mW. He was satisfied with the product but unfortunately he wanted a smaller one, because he said that the laser wouldn't fit in his pocket pants. Even returning the laser was a great experience, there is a person not sure his name but works in the Sales Department who helped us throughtout the whole process, he definitely made it a really pleasant experience, he was extremely helpful. Even though we returned the laser my husband has recently decided to purchase the Viper series 125mW we are really excited, especially because of the attention Dragon lasers has given us. Having said that, for my first test, I aimed the laser into a safe area out in the back yard, and the brightness of the beam and target spot was simply amazing. I had chatted with one of your live online support people who kindly answered all of my questions and provided great advice to help me in choosing a laser. I went with the 100-150mW Hulk laser, which has now arrived and in perfect condition. This was my first time using a class IIIb laser so needless to say its effects are really quite exciting to me; burning holes in dark material without difficulty and shining in the night sky like a saber. Also got some green-filtering goggles to shield my eyes, of course. All in all I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and I'd recommend you to anyone else with an interest in lasers. :)

Also it took a short 7 days from the time I ordered it for me to receive my laser. The construction of the laser is fantastic! In the pics on the site it looks like the housing on the laser was made of plastic but that's not the case. It's made of a sturdy metal! (The whole housing not just parts of it). I owned a 10mW laser from a another company and I thought the beam that it produced was impressive but when put side by side there was no comparison. The Hulk 125mW ROCKS! The beam was constant with no visual change in the power of the beam as with my other laser it starts out bright and it immediately fades. I will defiantly order my next laser from Dragon Lasers!

I started off with the Viper series, now I'm onto the Hulks. I can never get enough power, but the Hulk was able to satisfy my needs. Lights matches unaided from distances up to a few feet. If I were to focus the beam with a lens, I am able to light matches from one end of my house to the other. When I have time, i'll be testing this outside. As for the beam, wow... it will amaze you and all your friends. Great price, great product and excellent customer service.
